I've been slacking on the blog. Along with blog slacking, I totally skipped last week's menu plan. And the week before, I only cooked a couple of meals. But I'm back on schedule for this week, both for blogging and meal planning.
Monday - Basil chicken with risotto, asparagus
Tuesday - Breakfast for dinner
Wednesday - Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, corn
Thursday -leftovers
Friday - Slow Cooker 40 Clove Chicken, a potato dish yet-to-be-decided, lima beans
Saturday - pizza
Sunday - Chicken and dumplings, green beans

Monday- quick run to McDonalds as we were supposed to eat with my sister but the snow caused us to head back home with a quick drive thru run.
Tues-turkey kubasi
Wed- meatloaf
Thurs-chicken and rice
Fri-French Bread pizzas
Saturday-Pork Roast
I'm going to have to try that garlic chicken recipe on Thursday, then I'm eating at your place the rest of the week!
